1. Menstruation has stopped
Your girlfriend’s menstruation may be the earliest and most important symptom of pregnancy. However, it should be noted that menopause does not necessarily mean pregnancy (pregnancy).
2. Early pregnancy reactions
My girlfriend experienced chills, dizziness, fatigue, and lethargy about 6 weeks after menopause. Symptoms such as salivation, loss of appetite, preference for eating sour foods or aversion to greasy foods, nausea, and morning vomiting are called early pregnancy reactions.
3. Frequent urination
My girlfriend will have frequent urination in the early stages of pregnancy. This is caused by the enlarged anteverted uterus compressing the bladder in the pelvic cavity.
4. Pregnancy test paper
A relatively effective means to assist in clinical determination of pregnancy (pregnancy) , the detection principle is to determine whether your girlfriend is pregnant by detecting the concentration of HCG in urine.
Use a clean, dry container to collect urine (any urine after sexual intercourse is suitable for this test. If you are newly pregnant, it is best to use the first urine in the morning).
Hold the test strip and immerse the end with the arrow mark into the container containing urine. After about three seconds, take it out and lay it flat. Observe the results within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
5. Blood HCG examination
HCG begins to be secreted by trophoblast cells before the fertilized egg implants. It grows rapidly in the early stage, doubling in about 1.7 days, and reaches 8 to 10 weeks. The blood reaches its peak. Therefore, using RIA (radioimmunoassay) method or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) method to measure β-HCG levels in blood and urine is a more accurate method for early pregnancy diagnosis.
The above results should not be used as the only basis for diagnosis of whether your girlfriend is pregnant. It is recommended to go to the hospital and let the doctor confirm the final result to avoid misdiagnosis.
